Newberg and Rubenstein on Class Actions

Since 2008, Professor Rubenstein has been the sole author of the leading treatise on class action law in the United States.  Between 2008 and 2017, Professor Rubenstein rewrote the entire multi-volume treatise from scratch as its Fifth Edition and subsequently produced the treatise’s Sixth Edition – now entitled Newberg and Rubenstein on Class Actions – in 2022.  The treatise is a database on Westlaw and is available for purchase in book or ebook form.
