WRITING BRIEFS AND ARGUING CASES
Professor Rubenstein has extensive brief writing and oral argument experience. He has worked on countless legal briefs concerning all aspects of litigation at all levels of the judiciary, from the United States Supreme Court down to local state trial courts. Additionally, he has argued matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Professor Rubenstein's academic experience makes him an especially skilled writer and a particularly good oralist. Teaching basic procedure to first year law students on a daily basis has seasoned his courtroom presence and enabled him to communicate complicated ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Professor Rubenstein is available to:
- write discrete briefs for trial attorneys, even on short notice;
- draft appellate briefs;
- conduct oral arguments in trial or appellate courts;
- take over cases on appeal.
